Seeking Inner Peace

I'm currently going through a job transition and ended up with a 10 day vacation in between. With that in mind I decided to start it off right with a day at my favorite spa. 
The spa contains hot & cold rooms and pools of varying temperatures. In addition to this there are dry & wet saunas and a small Korean restaurant. Plenty to distract and relax a busy mind. 
This is the first time I wasn't under a large amount of stress. There was no work, relationship or family stress to deal with. 
The moment I stepped into the spa I let everything go. I turned off my phone and changed into the robe I was given. 
As I visited each area I felt myself grow increasingly relaxed. I've never really spent much thought on the benefits of meditation until today. However, I made this one of my main goals. By the end of my time there, which was around 8 hours, I was at peace. I now have a strong understanding of what I want for my future and what I don't want.
